No. Plannimo is independent software built for travel agents who specialize in Disney bookings. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company.
Will my client data be safe?+
Every account is isolated at the database level using row-level security. Your clients and trips are only visible to you. We use Supabase for authenticated, encrypted storage and Resend for email delivery. See the security page for the full breakdown.
What does it cost?+
$29/month or $290/year for solo agents. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
Can I customize the reminder schedule?+
Yes — the defaults match the public Disney booking windows (60-day ADR, 7-day online check-in, 7-day Lightning Lane), and you can toggle each reminder type in your settings.
Do you support agencies with multiple agents?+
Not yet. The current product is built for solo agents. Multi-agent support is on the roadmap.
